Hillside House Nursery and Pre-School

Hook-A-Gate and Lyth Hill Nursery both offer a comprehensive and exciting curriculum for young children from birth to five years of age, located just outside of Shrewsbury.

The nurseries are open for 51 weeks of the year and our operating times are Monday to Friday, 

7:50am to 6.00pm.

We would all wish for our children to be happy, fit and healthy, confident and secure, sociable, kind and caring to others, independent with a clear sense of right and wrong, eager to learn and a big sense of fun.

Whilst in our care, the children have the opportunity to develop their social skills through play, meal times and learning together in our quality inside and outside environments. Children will move from one room to another according to their emotional and cognitive readiness and staff will support their transitions fully. Children are introduced to a full and diverse curriculum at every stage enabling them to be confident and eager learners with a readiness for school when the time comes.
